Frequently Asked Questions
EHB Capital offers non-recourse and recourse factoring. When applying non-recourse factoring, EHB capital collects exclusively from the invoice debtor account (for example, the buyer). Recourse factoring keeps the primary repayment risk with the account debtor. However, in the event that the credit debtor does not pay, the factor can collect from its secondary payer, the Seller.
